Domestic

All items carry a 12-month manufacturer domestic warranty (excluding fair wear & tear). 

Commercial

If you are specifying any GlobeWest procured items for use in a non-residential environment or where products are to be used within a commercial application (e.g. Rental accommodation or reception area), please get in touch with Roxby Lane to discuss the suitability of a product for use in a commercial installation and/or for commercial purposes.

Roxby Lane can guide which products are more suited for Commercial use. It is thus important to disclose in writing the nature of the project and the intended use and usage of the selected products where it is to be used for commercial purposes and/or in a commercial environment.

Warranties for commercial installations can be obtained on a case-by-case basis from GlobeWest once they determine the suitability of the selected products for their intended use. Please get in touch with Sales@roxbylane.com.au with your list of specified products, details on the project & the areas of use for the items. Commercial warranties are at GlobeWest’s discretion.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “incorrect items purchased”. Please ensure you review the item’s details online, and if you require a swatch/sample, get in touch with us. Please note that colours shown in the catalogue & on the website are indicative only. All natural products, i.e. timber and marble, will vary from product to product. If unsure, please arrange to visit our showroom to view the product or sample.

Except in the case of any Product(s) deemed defective or damaged, Roxby Lane is not obligated to accept any return of any Products sold to the Customer. 

Claims

To lodge a case with our Claims department for priority follow-up, please email claims@roxbylane.net.au the following information. 

  1. Relevant invoice number of the claiming product
  2. Trade account details
  3. Short description of the issue
  4. At least 5 clear images of the issue –
  • 2 x Close-up image with ruler for scale
  • Image showing the whole item
  • Image of the condition of the box/packaging
  • Image of Quality Control (QC) Sticker. Located on the back or underside of the product

As a provider to the furniture industry, Roxby Lane reserves the rights under the ACCC to offer a repair of the item where there is no structural damage. If another form of action is to be taken, Roxby Lane will advise.

Delivery FAQs

1. Collections

All pickups from Roxby Lane Warehouse are to be by appointment only and at the discretion of Roxby Lane. Collection times are available Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am-10:30 am. Roxby Lane requires 2 business days’ notice for bookings. Payment must be made in full before a booking is accepted.  if needed. 

2. Delivery Drop

Our drivers will endeavour to place cartons in the location requested so long as the area is clear and safe to access. This is a basic drop-off service only to the Ground Floor unless alternative instructions have been communicated and agreed to by Roxby Lane in writing. Please note items that require assembly will be flagged as K/D (Knock Down) on the product pages.

3. Delivery Install with Rubbish Removal

The delivery, installation, and assembly options include placing items in the requested location as long as the area is clear and accessible. This service is available only to the ground floor unless Roxby Lane has been notified in writing and has confirmed its ability to deliver items upstairs or to a non-ground floor location. Additional costs will be incurred for stairs, additional storeys, parking access, and any additional personnel appointed by Roxby Lane for the delivery. These charges may be applied retrospectively if Roxby Lane has not been informed of these conditions when quoting. Roxby Lane reserves the right to refuse delivery on the day if the conditions differ from the written agreement.

All packing items are removed on completion. This service excludes the moving of existing furniture as well as the permanent fixing of walls, i.e. mirrors, pendants, shelves, bed heads, etc.  

4. Delivery of Marble Items

Due to the weight and fragile nature of marble, Roxby Lane recommends marble furniture be delivered and installed by our preferred carriers. Where this does not occur, liability is passed to the external carrier or client for any damages incurred.

5. Delivery outside of the Perth Metro

If you need a special delivery outside Perth Metro, please get in touch with sales@roxbylane.net.au to discuss your options. We do not ship individual items internationally. You are, however, welcome to arrange your freight and shipment internationally if needed.
